        i wish Set had a getOne(), for when you know there's one in there, and you don't care which you get. (rather than iterator().next();

            My favorites are pattern matching and virtual threads. Excellent overview as always Mr. Cay! Any information on upgrades to the Core Java series?

                        Pearson publishes the book. I am afraid it's not on Amazon's site yet. You can also get a watermarked PDF at https://informit.com that is easier to read than the Kindle edition.

                          Hello, both volumes of the 13th edition (for Java 21) are complete and at the publisher. Hopefully the first volume will be out by the end of December, but it depends how fast the publisher can get it through their system.
